Shipping & Returns

Your packages will be sent in fully recyclable plastic free packaging. Please note that orders exceeding £100 value will be sent using a tracked/signed for service.

UK - 1st Class Royal Mail - £4.50 - delivery time 1-2 working days from dispatch.

UK - 1st Class Signed For - £6.00- for all orders exceeding £100 value - delivery time from 1-2 working days from dispatch

EU - International Standard £6.50 - delivery time 3-5 working days.

EU - Tracked / Signed - £15.00 - for all orders exceeding £100 value - delivery time from dispatch 3-5 working days.

International - International Standard - £11.00 (up to £50 order value) or £16.50 up to £99.99 order value - delivery time from dispatch 5-7 working days. 

International - Intl Tracked / Signed - £30.00 - for all orders exceeding £100 value - delivery time from dispatch 5-7 working days.

Please note the recipient will be responsible for any custom fees incurred.

Maximum weight limit on parcels sent via Royal Mail is 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight it will be distributed between two parcels & delivery will be charged accordingly.

Stripey Cat Yarns cannot be held responsible for untracked packages going missing, so choosing the tracked option is the best way to ensure this doesn't happen! I am unable to track or find out where orders are unless the tracking option/ signed for option has been chosen at checkout.

If you think your order may have gone missing, and hasn’t arrived after two weeks (UK orders) or one month (international orders) please do get in touch. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and international orders can often take longer than the 5-7 working days stated by Royal Mail. Please check your parcel isn’t at the sorting office, or with a neighbour waiting to be collected.

Combining Orders

Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders I am now processing it has begun to get quite difficult to combine orders. For this reason, I cannot always guarantee that I will be able to do this for you. I will of course try my best, if you can please email me at Stripeycatyarns@hotmail.com or send a message via the contact us page to bring it to my attention. 

If you do wish to combine orders & the total value of the products exceeds £100 it will be sent via a tracked and signed for service. I will combine the postage fee paid over all orders & refund accordingly where possible.
