Care of your Stripey Cat Yarns wool

Superwash Yarns can be cleaned in the washing machine. We recommend hand washing your finished sock or garment to preserve the colour and fibres of the wool. 

Non superwash wools should be hand washed exclusively with warm water & minimal agitation.

Use of your data/ details

I will only use your data to contact you about your order, or if you signed up to a mailing list for that specific mailing list. If you’d like to remove your name from a mailing list you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or e-mail through my contact page asking to remove it.

Product representation 

Computer monitors may vary and I strive to represent my yarns in a clear and honest light photographed with high resolution cameras.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch via my contact page so we can resolve the problem ASAP. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund if the are unused and still have the original ball band secured. Please note shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Stripey Cat Yarns endeavours to depict colours as accurately as possible in photographs, but please note every computer monitor is different.

Custom Orders

Please get in touch via my contact page for custom orders. 

Postage

If you think your order may have gone missing, and hasn’t arrived after two weeks (UK orders) or one month (international orders) please do get in touch. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and international orders can often take longer than the 5-7 working days stated by Royal Mail. Please check your parcel isn’t at the sorting office, or with a neighbour waiting to be collected.

I am unable to track or find out where orders are unless the tracking option/ signed for option has been chosen at checkout.

Combining Orders

Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders I am now processing it has begun to get quite difficult to combine orders, especially at the time of a shop update. For this reason, I cannot always guarantee that I will be able to do this for you.
